This photo was taken near Hilo Hawaii. I have been to Hawaii three times and it’s one of the most incredible places I have ever seen.

My wife and I also started a BlogSpot called creativecanning. This website will help people understand canning by using photographs, recipes and instructions. Canning is what folks use to do many years ago to store up their seasonal veggies. Canning can go into a lot more than just canning jams, jellies and veggies. We have gotten into canning complete meals that include meat. It’s a really cool way to save a lot of money for your family. You can buy in bulk when you find a good sale and the canning allows you store your food without refrigeration. It’s also great for the family on the go, all you need to do is “Heat and Eat”. Anyway, I think it’s a great way to save money and have fun in the process. I also enjoy taking all of the photographs to document the process.
